Witnessed in: Waters south of Drangar Island
An armed ship has been witnessed in these waters. It is easily identified by its black sails bearing a giant squid and is equipped with numerous harpoons along both sides of its hull. The ship has been reported attacking fishing boats and plundering cargo in nearby waters. All residents are advised to stay away from the area and evacuate immediately upon spotting it.
