Two armed ships have been confirmed in these waters. They are easily identified by their red sails bearing a giant octopus, and are equipped with numerous wheel-shaped weapons along both sides of the hull. These ships have reportedly been attacking fishing boats and plundering cargo in nearby waters. All residents are advised to stay away from the area and evacuate immediately upon spotting them.
