Name: The Black Curved Blade

Witnessed in: Waters south of Spagnola Island
Four large armed ships have been confirmed in these waters. They are easily identified by their black-striped sails bearing the image of a bird in flight, and they are equipped with numerous sharp hooks along both sides of the hull. These ships have been reported attacking fishing boats and plundering cargo in nearby waters. All residents are advised to stay away from the area and evacuate immediately upon spotting them.
