The upper reaches of the Denn River that flow through Pailune. In ancient times, when a dispute arose, both parties would stand by the riverbank to make a vow and cast a token into the water. If the token remained afloat and drifted downstream without sinking, the pact was considered sealed. For this reason, the people called the Denn River the "Waters of the Kept Promise."
