Leader of Urdavah. He developed the city through his passion for Urdavah's dragon, Blackstar. As a child, he dreamed of riding a dragon and flying beyond the horizon. Some interpreted it as an ominous dream foretelling an early death, but he pays it no mind and continues to devote himself to Urdavah.
