[Full Delegation of Authority Agreement for Protected Child]
The purpose of this document is to fully delegate all authority regarding the upbringing and management of the protected child, Elmer, to Demeniss Orphanage, and to clarify the resulting responsibilities.

The consignor pledges to fully transfer all substantive rights over the child to the entrusted institution, to have the child managed under the institution's internal regulations, and to refrain from any interference whatsoever.

This document takes effect immediately upon the stamping of the institution's official seal.
