The atrocities of the bandits known as the "Blinding Arrows," whose ruthless looting and slaughter have reached intolerable levels, can no longer be ignored. They have bathed the Wells Estate in blood, and their leader has been identified as "Bradie Gu," an underling of Bastier. Bastier's intent to invade our estate has become unmistakably clear. There will be no more mercy.
Through this formal decree, I hereby declare the total extermination of these bandits.
