[Naval Headquarters Inspection Bureau: Internal Investigation Closure Report]
Subject: Former Naval Officer Crogg
Case: Reinvestigation of Misconduct and Improper Personnel Favor Allegations
Based on an anonymous tip and internal suspicions, the bureau initiated an internal investigation into the discharge of former officer Crogg for "inappropriate relationship with Superior A's child and solicitation for promotions" and found the following:
- There is no objective evidence that Krog approached Rohan Cooper with improper intentions.
- The claim that Crogg used the relationship to blackmail Superior A relies solely on A's testimony; no objective evidence was found.
- The claim that Crogg was involved in Rohan Cooper's death is also supported only by A's testimony; no objective evidence was found.
Further investigation confirmed that Crogg was elsewhere during the incident.
While there are suspicious circumstances, there is insufficient legal basis to find Crogg guilty with the current evidence. Accordingly, this office dismisses all charges against Crogg and summons him for reinstatement. However, Crogg's current whereabouts are unknown and impossible to locate. Therefore, this case is hereby closed due to the officer's unknown whereabouts.
