To His Grace, Duke Caliburn
It is an honor to hear that the orc engineers dispatched to you have proven useful to the great work.
I offer my deepest contrition for the recent irregularities in labor procurement. To ensure you are never disappointed again, I have substantially expanded the search forces deployed across Gorthak. At the earliest possible date, the most capable engineers will be selected and transported under escort to the Workshop.
I shall prove my loyalty by delivering results exceeding the figures you have mandated.
For the glory of the Duke and the Tribunal.
Cyrus
