Notice of Bankruptcy
The debtor, Merrick, acknowledges bankruptcy, and immediately surrenders all household assets owned at the time of writing, along with the personal rights of all family members, including himself, to the creditor. This shall be deemed as partial repayment of all debt.
Merrick himself shall provide labor to the creditor under the status of a slave to compensate the remaining debt.
The contents of this document shall take effect immediately upon signing.
