Count of Hernand and head of House Felix. He is known to have once been locked in a fierce rivalry with Count Roberts over the mining rights to the southern quarry. Securing those rights through Duke Celeste's mediation was a monumental victory for him, and it may be for this reason that he shows a much deeper attachment to the quarry than to any other of his family's business ventures.
