A faction led by Ludvig. They once lived in Pailune alongside the Greymanes, but when the Black Bears drove the Greymanes out, they revealed their true intentions. As if they had been waiting, they swore loyalty to the Black Bears, were promised control of the capital of Pailune, and ruthlessly oppressed its people.
